Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to Taybat’s website and platform features for customers, sellers, drivers, applicants, and other users who interact with Taybat services.

Last updated: April 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Taybat, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms.

2. Services

Taybat provides a platform that supports food delivery, shipping, and ride-related workflows. Features may differ by user role, city, product availability, and operational readiness.

3. Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping their phone number, email address, device access, and OTP credentials secure. You may not use another person’s account or interfere with platform security.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery or pickup details, use lawful payment methods where applicable, and use the platform only for legitimate requests. Misuse of promotions, abusive conduct, or fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their business information, menus, licenses, availability, and fulfillment operations are accurate and lawful. Taybat may request supporting documentation or limit access where compliance concerns arise.

6. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers must complete onboarding truthfully, maintain valid vehicle and identity information, and provide any required supporting documents. Driver approval, suspension, or rejection is handled through Taybat’s verification workflow and may depend on safety, quality, fraud, or compliance considerations.

7. Availability and Dispatch

Taybat does not guarantee continuous platform availability, uninterrupted access, a minimum number of orders, or any particular level of revenue. Dispatch, routing, and order opportunity decisions may depend on availability, verification status, location, demand, and internal platform rules.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Taybat to violate the law, impersonate others, scrape or reverse engineer protected systems, submit false documents, bypass approval controls, abuse staff or partners, or compromise the security or reliability of the platform.

9. Suspension and Termination

Taybat may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user violated these terms, created legal or safety risk, submitted inaccurate information, or used the platform in a fraudulent or harmful way.

10. Third-Party Services

Some platform capabilities may rely on third-party providers such as messaging, maps, payments, hosting, or support services. Taybat is not responsible for third-party service outages or terms, but may rely on those providers to operate the platform.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

Taybat provides the platform on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Except where the law does not allow it, Taybat disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of Taybat after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised version.

13. Contact
